Network of Outdoor Play Houses

This summer get your kids to coordinate with their neighborhood playmates for the rotation, on a daily basis, the use of the different Outdoor Play Equipment in the vicinity, so the kids around willing to participate in this idea can get to use the different types of models of play houses. The long summer vacation ahead will find many kids needing some scheduled activities to keep them busy during the day time. Some coordination of the neighboring parents can help generate a few ideas among themselves on how to ensure that the kids will be busy with some playtime activities during the long break from school.

The dads and moms in the neighborhood who will be amenable to this plan of creating a network of kids play house can get some free time from their own kids, as the kids will be in the care of the household mom designated as the guardian for the kids during a particular day. The “guardian” assignments can be planned well ahead of time, allowing the parents to coordinate on their busy schedules in the days ahead.

The mom (or dad) on "guardian duty" on the day when the play house in their yard  will be used by the kids of the participant families can prepare the food for lunch and for the snacks of all the kids temporarily under her or his watch. The cold drinks especially will be a special need, to quench the thirst of the youngsters in the hot summer months. Some of the older kids can be used to assist the guardian mom or dad in this chore of feeding all the kids in her charge.

The other moms can thus be free to do some chores needing for them to be away from the home for some hours, without worrying who will look after their kids in the meantime. They know their kids will be safe playing with the other neighborhood kids under the tutelage of the day's guardian. Since the moms have a cell phone each in their bags as they move around, they can just easily call one another if there is a need to do so.

This arrangement can also lead some of the dads to consult with one another on their backyard play house, like how to renovate or put additions in the play houses for more space, the repainting and minor repairs that may be necessary in some cases, and so forth and so on.

The dads can even use the initial meetings on this planned network of play house tent for their kids as their chance also to work out their weekend sports schedules with one another. As they are working all week, the dads only have the weekends for the sunshine and some outdoor activities for themselves.

Additionally, they can also plan for the joint summer outings and campouts many families will surely do in the next few weeks as summer approaches. The sunshine in the great outdoors will be a favorite topic of discussion of families after weeks of just staying indoors during the long, cold winter months.
